Driving Directions to Ponce School of Medicine
Driving Directions to Ponce from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport: After getting out of the Airport get on the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge, where you will have to pay $2 (dollars) to get through. Then make a right onto Ave. T. Pinero, keep going for about 5 min and get on PR-52 SOUTH (SUR). (Please note that the first entrance for PR-52 goes north, do not get on this one!)
After you are on PR-52 South continue driving for about 1:30 hours, until you see the letters of PONCE indicating you have reached the city. Continue Driving...
You will exit on Exit 104A.
1) After exiting there , road will divide, stay on your left.
2) Get off on the next exit which should say Ponce Oeste (this sign might not be visible until you are really close).
You will be in an intersection in which you need to make a Left, which will take you West (Oeste in Spanish). You will be passing under a bridge.
3) Pass 5 or 6 traffic lights.
4) After seeing Damas Hospital on your right, make the next U-Turn
5) Make a Right ( after the National Guards Headquarters)
The school is located directly in front of the hospital at the other side of the avenue. It is not visible from the avenue since it is at the far end. After you make the last right onto school grounds continue that road and you will see part of the Campus on both sides. Ask any Security guard for instructions regarding parking.
